My name is Dana, and I am the founder of DK Explorations. I am a Michigander who loves to travel and take photos of my adventures. Living in Germany allowed me a unique opportunity to travel Europe and begin my landscape photography journey. Since then, my day job in clinical software R&D allowed me to relocate back to Northern Lower Michigan, while still allowing me to travel frequently.

I have visited over thirty countries, but as any traveler will understand, I have a never ending list of places I have not yet explored.
